This policy explains what information The Post Exchange (“PostX,” “we,” “us”) collects through postx.media, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you submit the application form, we collect what you enter:
- Your name and email address
- Whether you are a founder, an investor or something else
- Your firm or company
- The LinkedIn or X profile links you provide
- Anything you write about what you want to be known for
With each submission we also store the approximate country the request came from and your browser’s user agent, which help us spot spam.
We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and request details) to run and secure the site.
How we use it
- To review your application and reply to you
- To read your public posts so we can judge fit and understand your voice
- To prevent spam and abuse
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who processes it
The site and its database are hosted by Cloudflare. Fonts load from Google Fonts and icons from unpkg, so those services receive your IP address when the page loads. Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep application details for as long as they are useful for evaluating and working with you, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing hello@postx.media. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, and we will honor them.
Children
This site is meant for professionals and is not directed to anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
