The site describes our writing service and lets you apply to work with us. Submitting an application does not create a client relationship or obligate either side. Any engagement is covered by a separate written agreement.
What you send us
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and yours to share. You give us permission to use it to evaluate your application and contact you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the site. That includes submitting false or someone else’s information, sending spam or automated submissions, trying to break or overload the site, or attempting to access data that is not yours.
Our content
The text, design and logo on the site belong to PostX. You may not copy or reuse the site’s content without our permission.
No warranties
The site is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee that it will be error free or uninterrupted. Nothing on the site is investment, legal or financial advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, PostX is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
